Per our Constitution and By-Laws Article VI, Nomination and Election of Officers, Section 3, Secretary and Section 6, Member at Large, IATSE Local B4 will be accepting nominations for these two positions.

The job descriptons are (per the By-Laws):

Section 3. Secretary

It shall be the duty of the Secretary to attend all meetings of the membership and of the Executive Board and Executive Committee and to keep minutes, but not necessarily verbatim, of the proceedings of such meetings in a book provided for such purpose.  The Secretary shall collect and record all dues received from the Stewards or directly from the members.  He/she shall transfer all these funds to the Treasurer and reconcile her reports with him/her.  He/she shall keep a duplicate copy of all correspondence and shall keep the seal in his/her possession.

Section 6. Member-at-Large

The duties of the Member-at-Large shall be to maintain records of all apprentices, to collect all associated fees and to verify work records with the Business Agent, and to perform such related duties as determined by the Executive Board.
