Sad News: Sister Felicia Ahern has passed

AHERN, Felicia A. (Mugica) Of South Boston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family July 17, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Frederick "Fred" V. Ahern Sr. Devoted mother of Kevin P., his wife Micki of MI, Freddy Ahern Jr., his partner Caroline Madden, Karen A. Connor, her husband William all of South Boston, Nancy M. Ingemi and her husband Anthony of Abington. Loving grandmother of Amy Miller, Kerri Bernard, Kevin Ahern, Will Sprague, Sean Connor, Billy Connor, Nick Ingemi, Kaitlyn LaPointe and 14 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Sylvia Timmins, the late Jack and Ruffino Mugica. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Felicia was a member of the Castle Island Association, a former usher at the Wang Theater and a proud member of IATSE, Local B4 for over 50 years. Visiting hours in the O'Brien Funeral Home, 146 Dorchester St. South Boston, Thursday from 4-8PM. Funeral Mass in St. Brigid Church on Friday at 11:00AM. Interment VA National Cemetery, Bourne at 2:00PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend all services.
