Our 2015 - 2018 Opera House Contract was recently signed by all parties and is now posted to the web site.  Search under the "Member Resources" tab, dropdown list to "Contracts" > "2015 - 2018 Opera House Contract." 

I want to inform everybody there is no retroactive pay regarding this. Our former Business Agent, Sister Ellie Hanlon, was able to negotiate with Theater Maanagement an extentsion of the contract that expired in April of 2015 to October 1, 2016.  That being said, the new rates and show types, along with the vacation pay percentages for each, will start to go into effect with the opening of Jersey Boys, first show on Tues, October 4, 2016. 

Year three (2018) will be negotiated once it is clear what the minimum wage will be to go into effect in January of that year.

Thank you to Ellie, Brother Jim Fowkes, and Sister Linda Zablocki, for negotiationg and settling for what I believe to be a fair and equitable contract for us.
